Description of Policy from Merchant:
All sales are final and all returns must be made in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery in order to receive an e-commerce credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds. Gift cards are non-refundable. If your artwork arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and send an e-mail to info@tomaszrutstudio.com that includes images of the damaged packaging. You will be contacted with further instructions. *Note that for exchanges there is a restocking fee of 10% of the merchandise’s retail price and a 25% fee for any changes after your order is placed.
